IAFCCP Delegate Program                                 Online FORUM

Application Form Below

(Current IAFCCP membership required)

The mission of the IAFCCP  Delegate Program is to provide local representation in every State to communicate the needs and current events between the IAFCCP and our members. The IAFCCP is committed to supporting volunteer representation to harbor professional development.

The vision of the IAFP  Delegate Program is to develop local representation into chapters that can fund and direct the future of Paramedics in the Critical Care Environment. Through the Delegates, Chapters and GLAC we plan to create a continuity of care through the expanded scope of practice supported by educational development throughout the country. The IAFCCP’s blueprint for a new EMS governing body in every region will assist in the development of continuity of care. By creating continuity in EMS, we build unity and this ultimately affects the professional development of Paramedics.

The IAFCCP Delegate Program was established in 2002 with a vision from, IAFCCP past-president, Ron Walter who believed the IAFCCP needed a better method of communicating information throughout our membership. The program continued to grow throughout the U.S. and has evolved to include increased representation with the grass roots effort of the Government and Legislative Affairs Committee.

How Do I Become A Delegate?

Do you wish to become involved within the IAFCCP? We are continually looking for motivated, independent people who thrive on becoming involved to help shape the future of Critical Care Paramedics. If you are an IAFCCP member in good standing and interested in becoming a Delegate:

  • The Program Coordinator and Board Members will review each candidate submission and inform the candidate of the Coordinator and Board's decision.  Candidates will be officially inducted at annual conferences such as CCTMC and AMTC.

  • Completion of all required documents will be processed and final notification made through electronic notification and U.S. Mail. The Delegate will receive a welcome packet of information including roles and responsibilities of the Delegate.
